Getting started

What is a team code?

Every team has its own address, like yourteam.2do.team. The team code is the first part — yourteam — and it is what the app asks for when you sign in. It is not your email address and not a web address: if your team is at acme.2do.team, the code is simply acme.

How do I join a team?

An administrator invites you by email. The invitation contains a link where you choose your own password, and it is good for 7 days. If yours has expired, ask them to send another — re-inviting replaces the old invitation rather than stacking a second one.

How do I start a team?

Create one at 2do.team. You pick the team code then, and you become its first administrator.

Signing in

I have forgotten my password

Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. You will be emailed a link that lasts one hour. If it does not arrive, check that the address matches the one your team invited, and look in your spam folder — the mail comes from noreply@2do.team.

It says I have tried too many times

Repeated failed sign-ins are limited for a short while, to make guessing somebody’s password impractical. Wait for the time the message gives and try again, or reset your password, which works immediately.

I am not getting them

Three things to check, in this order:

Your account

Changing your name, email, photograph or password

In the app, open the menu behind your picture in the top corner and choose My Profile. On the web, it is under your name. Leaving the password fields empty keeps your current password.

Deleting your account

Ask an administrator on your team to remove you, or write to info@betisapps.com and we will do it. The todos you created or were given stay with the team, and you are simply taken off them, so your colleagues do not lose work when you leave.

Who can see my work?

Everyone on your team, and nobody outside it. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored and who can reach it.

Where it runs

2Do.Team works on iPhone, iPad, Mac and in a web browser, with the same account on each. The apps need iOS 17 or macOS 14 or later.

Still stuck

info@betisapps.com. If you are reporting something broken, the team code, the approximate time, and what you expected to happen are the three things that help most.
